Ltd., a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013.  ​Any cancellation or refund claims will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined herein and under the legal ownership of M/s. Psymoksh Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.

We strive to provide you with a clear, fair, and transparent Cancellation & Refund Policy. By purchasing any paid plan, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies specifically to:

  • All future digital volumes under the GWi2Min brand

​

  • One-time, non-subscription purchases only

​

This policy does NOT apply to:

  • Physical products (if any, in future)

​

  • Free content on the website

​

  • Subscription or credit systems (if any, in future)

2. Nature of Digital Goods

Due to the instant delivery and non-returnable nature of digital content:

​

All eBook purchases are final and non-refundable.

​

Once you download or access the eBook file, you retain a copy on your device, which makes refunds or cancellations technically and legally infeasible.

3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

We may consider a refund or replacement only under the following exceptional conditions:

​

  • You were charged twice for the same purchase (duplicate transaction)

​

  • The file is corrupted, unreadable, or does not match the description, and you notify us within 48 hours of download.

If any of these apply, please contact us with:

  • Order ID / Payment receipt

​

  • Your registered email

​

  • A brief description of the issue (with screenshots if possible)

4. No Pro-Rata / No Exchange

  • You cannot exchange one eBook for another once purchased.

  • No partial (pro-rata) refunds will be issued under any condition.

5. Cancellation

Since GWi2Min eBooks are delivered immediately post-purchase, there is no cancellation window. Orders are processed automatically and cannot be paused or reversed once completed.

6. Platform Rights

We reserve the right to:​

  • Refuse refund requests that do not meet eligibility conditions

​

  • Investigate abuse or fraud before processing any claim


7. Modification of this Policy
•    We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time, in our sole discretion.


•    Any changes will be posted here with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
