RISE AGAIN

When troubles come and knock you down,
And dreams slip far beyond renown,
Don’t let the darkness cloud your way,
Stand once more—come what may.
The path is steep, the climb is tall,
You trip, you stumble, yes—you fall,
But bruises heal, and pain will fade,
Rise again—be unafraid.
The storm may rage, the winds may howl,
The world may scoff, the doubters scowl,
Yet every fall’s a lesson learned,
A spark of strength, a fire burned.
No mountain high was ever scaled,
By one who stopped when feet had failed,
No victory shone, no battle won,
Without the rise—again—undone.
A river carves the hardest stone,
Not in a day, but years alone,
It flows, it fights, it bends, it sways,
And never stops—it finds its way.
A seed is buried, lost from sight,
It does not quit—it seeks the light,
It cracks, it breaks, it struggles through,
Yet still it grows, and so must you.
Each failure brings a lesson true,
A step to climb, a clearer view,
So when you fall, don’t curse the sky,
Just stand again, give life a try.
The bravest souls are not the strong,
Nor those who’ve never done things wrong,
But those who fall and still persist,
Refusing to let hope be missed.
So stumble once, or even twice,
Or seven times, or eight, or thrice,
Yet rise again—don’t lose your spark,
For light is brightest in the dark.
The road ahead is yours to tread,
With strength inside, no need to dread,
So stand up tall, embrace the fight,
And rise again into the light.
